When IBM consolidated its marketing, merchandising, and supply chain offerings into a single business unit—underpinned by the Watson AI platform for business—my team led the effort to define a visual language system for the newly-formed portfolio.
The solution we arrived at not only provided a common look and feel, but also standardized the patterns, language, data visualizations, and accessibility of our portfolio. It now serves as the blueprint for all Watson Customer Engagement products.
