Following two years with IBM Canada, I joined the Watson Supply Chain team at IBM’s San Francisco design studio.

During my time in this role, I led the design of Watson Customer Experience Analytics — a suite of analytics tools allowing industry professionals to visualize customer journeys and replay user sessions.

Later, I took on a team leadership role overseeing the design of Watson Campaign Automation — a SaaS product used by marketers to design and execute campaigns.

In this role, I served as a member of the IBM Design team in Toronto for a period of two years.

I was initially assigned to a product design role for IBM Knowledge Center — the company’s centralized resource for product documentation, help information, and developer content.

On that project, I served as a user experience and visual designer during a period that saw the product adopt a new visual design, mobile optimization, flexible reading modes, and more sophisticated customization options.

Later, I was given an opportunity to serve as the design lead for IBM Universal Behavior Exchange — a cloud-based tool that simplifies the exchange of customer data, bypassing the custom API work typically required to coordinate marketing activities across different channels.
